If you have the ability to take some digital photos and simple measurements of the location and email them to us, please do so via this link
Ideally please send:
- A photo, from as far away as possible, showing the whole area;
- A photo, approximately 5-7 metres (16 – 20ft) away, showing the door that needs a ramp;
- A photo, approximately 3-4 metres away (9-12ft);
- A photo close up, showing the bottom of the door and the ground.
- If possible measure the distance from the door threshold to the ground;
- Note if the ground is flat, or if its sloping, and in this case, which way it slopes.
These photos and measurements are usually enough for us to provide a firm quote for what is needed.
If it is not possible to send any of the above, don’t worry. Instead we will reply to the Contact Form that you sent in Step 1, and discuss the best option with you, to quickly design and install a suitable ramp.
Step 3 – Quotation & Acceptance
Our quotation to supply and install a suitable ramp will be emailed to you within a day or two of your enquiry.
Step 4 – Installation
Once the offer is accepted via email, we will arrange the installation date with you at your convenience. Typically an installation is completed in 2-6 hours for small to medium size ramps. Very large installations may take a 2nd day.
No deposit is needed when accepting our offer, however payment via Bacs, cheque or credit/debit card will be needed once the ramp is in place.
